LOXrail® 40 floor rail system

The patented and single clamped LOXrail® floor rail system is designed for the movement of medium to heavy loads
The three-part rail system consists of an aluminum base profile, one aluminum clamping profile, a hardened and polished highly resilient tool steel, 40 mm diameter round-bar
By clamping the steel bar only on one side the number of single parts is reduced and installation times are shortened significantly
During the installation the round-bar is held in the aluminum base profile by preload and is finally fixed by the clamping profile after assembly

Adjustment option for precise setting of track center width
Fixing clamps will be set every 300mm on both sides of the rail
We also provide ready-to-use support profiles for a floor mounted installation including suitable a hole pattern
