LOSYCO will present new developments and applications for one-piece flow production and precision feeding at its newly designed LogiMAT booth.

 

One of the new features is a touch terminal for visitors where you can check out our product range, browse brochures, but above all view various LOXrail® projects that we have implemented for customers from various industries.

LOSYCO presents innovative platform solutions in Hall 7, Stand F41.

We will present highlights, trade fair premieres and selected intra-logistics and precision feeding applications.

One of LOSYCO's trade fair innovations at LogiMAT (Hall 7, Stand F41) is the newly developed automatic trolley with a turntable for manual operation.

 

  • Our newly developed automatic trolley with an integrated turning function has its first appearance at a trade fair. It allows for flexible, manual alignment of heavy workpieces directly on the LOXrail®.
  • As a further highlight, we present a working model of our LOXrail® AllRounder. We custom-build the innovative steering platform, which features a steering system mounted on the underside, according to customer requirements for mechanical or semi-automatic operation.
  • And we have set up a showcase with all our standard components: rails, crossing elements, wheelsets, all-rounder wheelsets – each for both available rail sizes.

 

As a further highlight, we present a working model of our LOXrail® AllRounder.

 

Featured applications

The second focus of the exhibition is on models of selected applications for flow production and machine feeding:

  • One model shows the production line recently set up for an excavator and wheel loader manufacturer with customized trolleys and turntables integrated in the floor.
  • Another one presents a cross-shuttle solution for a manufacturer of prefab houses, which allows building modules to be transported from one assembly line to the next.
  • The third model is a high-precision loading system designed for a laser welding booth, consisting of trolleys with lifting function, which can be equipped either for manual operation or with auxiliary drives and a control system.
